Don Dali is an Australian-born DJ, producer, and artist crafting high-energy electronic music infused with the raw spirit of Brazilian funk. Known for his explosive blend of funk carioca, house, and EDM, Dali is at the forefront of a cultural crossover that’s redefining the global perception of Latin dance music. His mission: to package the unapologetic flare of Brazilian and Latin rhythms for a worldwide audience.
His journey began in the favelas of São Paulo, producing for up-and-coming MCs before releasing his first song with Brazilian Funk icon MC Delux. Their first collaboration, released on January 3rd, 2023, marked the start of Dali’s professional ascent. Since then, he’s worked with some of the biggest names in the scene — MC Pipokinha, MC Gw, Delano, MC Jhenny, and Angel Dior — quickly establishing himself as one of the most sought-after producers in the genre.
Dali’s work has been recognized for its bold approach to sound and culture. As Remezcla noted, “Don Dali’s single, ‘Vai Quere Sentar Todo o Día,’ is a bold take on funk culture, pushing boundaries with unapologetic energy and intensity.”
A Berklee College of Music graduate, Dali fuses street-born rhythm with world-class production. He’s performed sold-out sets at landmark venues like Boho House Miami, Nublu NYC, Candibar Boston, and The Middle East, and has been invited to perform at prestigious events hosted by the Marley family, David Ortiz, and Latin GRAMMY x JP Morgan Chase, alongside artists like Prince Royce as well as headlined festivals like Unsin Festival and Ballard's Beach Festival.
His production credits span legends and rising stars alike, including many top Latin Stars, and a collaborative 14-track album with MC Gw — one of Brazil’s most-streamed artists. Additional credits include MC Magrinho, MC Roba Cena, MC Flavinho, MC PR, MC Rafa 22, Jandino, Tostao, Moncho Berry, MC Igão, MC Rafa Original, MC MN, MC Frog, MC Lil, and many more.
With a distribution deal through Altafonte (Sony Music’s premier Latin distributor), and recognition by MUSO.AI as one of the top 1% most-listened-to artists and songwriters globally, Dali’s impact continues to grow across continents.
